creating an account, submitting a form or questionnaire, clicking
“I agree,” checking a related box, or otherwise affirmatively
accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, submit
information, or use the services.
Emergency Notice
MedsConnect is not an emergency service and is not monitored for
emergency communications.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek
emergency care immediately. Do not rely on the website, email, text
messaging, questionnaires, or other electronic communications for
emergency assistance.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, considering
self-harm, or believe you may be a danger to yourself or others,
call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Eligibility & Physical Location
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a
binding agreement to use services intended for adults. By using the
services, you represent that the information you provide about your
age, identity, and location is accurate.
Healthcare-related services may not be available in every state or
location. You may be required to confirm the state in which you are
physically located at the time services are requested or provided.
Availability may change based on applicable law, professional
licensing requirements, and service capabilities.
Nature of the MedsConnect Service
MedsConnect operates an online platform that provides health and
wellness information and may facilitate access to
healthcare-related services, communications, evaluations, products,
and support.
MedsConnect is not a medical practice and does not itself diagnose
medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical
treatment. Clinical services, when available, are provided by
appropriately licensed healthcare professionals who exercise their
own independent professional judgment.
Use of the website alone does not create a healthcare
professional-patient relationship. Any such relationship is formed
only when established by an appropriately licensed healthcare
professional in accordance with applicable law.
Medical & Product Information
General content on the website is provided for informational and
educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not
replace an evaluation, diagnosis, treatment plan, or advice from a
qualified healthcare professional.
Product descriptions, treatment categories, testimonials, expected
outcomes, and other website content do not guarantee that a product
or treatment is appropriate, available, safe, or effective for you.
Individual results vary.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care
because of information available through MedsConnect.
Telehealth Services
Healthcare-related services made available through MedsConnect may
use telehealth technologies, including online questionnaires,
secure forms, messaging, telephone calls, video communications,
electronic records, photographs, and asynchronous review.
Telehealth may involve communications that do not occur in real
time. A healthcare professional may review the information you
submit at a later time, request additional information, recommend
in-person care, or determine that telehealth is not appropriate.
Before receiving telehealth services, you may be required to review
and accept a separate
Telehealth Consent.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
-
Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information,
including information about symptoms, medical history,
medications, supplements, allergies, prior treatment, and current
health status.
-
Update information when it changes and promptly correct any
inaccurate submission.
-
Follow instructions provided by a healthcare professional,
including instructions relating to medication use, monitoring,
testing, follow-up, and in-person care.
-
Review and respond to messages, requests for information, and
treatment-related communications in a timely manner.
-
Maintain access to the technology, device, internet connection,
and private setting reasonably needed to use the services.
-
Use the services only for yourself unless expressly authorized to
act for another person.
Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information may
prevent an appropriate evaluation and may result in delay, denial,
or discontinuation of services.
Prescriptions, Treatment & Product Availability
Completing a questionnaire, requesting a treatment, receiving a
recommendation, or making a payment does not guarantee that a
prescription, product, or treatment will be approved or provided.
All diagnosis and prescribing decisions are made by an appropriately
licensed healthcare professional based on independent professional
judgment, the information available, applicable law, and clinical
appropriateness.
A healthcare professional may request additional information,
decline to prescribe, change a proposed treatment, recommend
laboratory testing, require an in-person evaluation, or direct you
to another level of care.
Product descriptions, formulations, strengths, quantities, prices,
packaging, and availability may change. MedsConnect does not
guarantee uninterrupted availability of any treatment or product.
Orders, Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
If paid services or products are offered, you agree to provide
accurate billing, shipping, and payment information and authorize
the charges disclosed before completing the transaction.
Prices, taxes, shipping fees, payment schedules, renewal terms,
cancellation rules, and refund eligibility will be disclosed at
checkout or in terms presented for the applicable service.
If you enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring
charges at the frequency and amount disclosed during enrollment
until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the presented
cancellation instructions.
An order or request may be delayed, declined, canceled, adjusted, or
refunded when payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete,
eligibility requirements are not met, a requested service is not
clinically appropriate, a product is unavailable, or fulfillment is
otherwise not possible.
Prescription products generally cannot be returned or reused once
dispensed or shipped. Any applicable cancellation or refund rights
will be governed by the policy disclosed for the specific
transaction and applicable law.
Electronic Communications
By providing contact information and using the services, you consent
to receive service-related communications electronically, including
by email, telephone, secure message, or through the website.
Electronic communications may include account notices,
confirmations, requests for information, reminders, customer support
responses, and treatment-related updates. You are responsible for
maintaining current contact information and reviewing messages sent
to you.
SMS messages are sent only as described at the time of opt-in and
are governed by the
SMS Terms of Service. Message frequency may
vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP

of purchase.

Notice of Privacy Practices.
You consent to the use of electronic records, electronic signatures,

extent permitted by law.

MedsConnect may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary
to protect an account, a user, or the services.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved
informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction,
