Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting
in, you consent to receive SMS messages from MedsConnect related to
your inquiry, account, forms, requested services, appointments,
customer support, reminders, security alerts, verification codes,
order or shipment confirmations, service-related updates, and, when
disclosed at opt-in, occasional marketing messages such as new
product launches and offerings.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing
goods or services. Your consent applies only to the message types
disclosed at opt-in.
Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries and customer support requests.
- Account, form, RX, order, and service confirmations.
- Appointment, intake, or follow-up reminders.
- Security alerts, login notices, and verification codes.
- Shipment, delivery, or order status notifications.
- Requests for information needed to address your inquiry.

MedsConnect, the nature of your request, and the communications
needed to respond to or support you.
Message, Data & Carrier Terms
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier
and wireless plan. MedsConnect is not responsible for charges imposed
by your carrier.
Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network
conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages.
Opt Out / STOP / HELP
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS
messages from MedsConnect. You may receive one final confirmation
message acknowledging your request. After that, no further SMS
messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent MedsConnect from communicating
with you through other channels when permitted or required, such as
email or account notifications.
Your Mobile Number
You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the
mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to
messages at that number.
If your number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under your
control, you agree to opt out or notify MedsConnect promptly.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes & Contact
MedsConnect may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated
version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated”
date.
